Train the Trainer Certification Course

This highly effective Train the Trainer certificate course is designed for individuals who need to develop the training skills and confidence to teach adults in the workplace or in other settings.

This is a 3-day workshop will help participants experience the highly acclaimed Accelerated Learning model. You will learn a systematic approach to training, using the 4-step skill transfer model, and using the Pyramid method to learn the skills on how to develop and teach any kind of training materials,  how to identify and connect with the different learning styles, how to create effective and engaging presentations, and how to develop and administer assessment tools.

Participants will create a design blueprint for one of their modules or courses that they can use right away after the workshop. You will test drive your design and receive detailed feedback.
